They had chickens this year, which was new! Laycie was a pro at collecting the eggs every morning.
Although a couple things were new, most things were exactly the same--just the way we like them :o)
There were great games of wiffle ball in the backyard.
The days were sunny and warm, so we spent a lot of time outside and my kids loved the slip and slide that Nana put up and taught them how to use.
But, the nights got super cold in Idaho, which was perfect since sitting around a bonfire is one of our favorite things to do there! Smores, blankets, and good conversation is the perfect combination for a memorable time!
Lance and Dan were always trash-talking each other a fighting.

Laycie had so much fun with her cousin Daisy! We were able to spend a lot of time with Carina (who we love!), but missed Chris!
We brought our washers game out west to show everyone how it's done in good-old Missouri!
Pepper is always good for some entertainment for the kids. It's probably the most attention she gets all year.

We just love Sugar City! Good thing we still have a couple of more days here: who wants to leave this kind of scenery?
