Summer Vacation

Our trip out West this year was just as wonderful as we could have expected! The 17 hour drive ended with breakfast outside Salt Lake City (we drove through the night). The kids were so excited to be out of the car and couldn't wait to see their cousins.

Poor Lance, on the other hand, couldn't stay awake during breakfast. He drove the whole way!

After a much needed nap for Lance at my brother Curtis's house (while I went to IKEA!), we all went to a super-fun waterpark!

Masen was scared of the big bucket of water that splashes down, and was kind of a thorn in my side during the fun.

My kids would have loved the whole vacation if it had been nothing but jumping on Curtis and Marie's trampoline.

We're on vacation! And out of the car!

Curtis showed Lance some much needed golfing skills; Lance was proud when he finally caught on.

The girls were cheering for him the whole time! He owes his learning to them :o) They were such great hosts and we loved our little stop on our way up to Idaho. Let's hop in the car one more time!
