Good evening folks! Tonight we have a great show for you; the final elimination round for our two amazing contestants: Andersin Cy Carter and Laycie Carter. They need your votes to take home the coveted title of Carter Idol. We won't be showing you their performances in their entirety tonight, but here is the recap:
Then, in the final chorus, Laycie really broke out and had her "moment" here on the show:
Andersin, realizing the tough competition, decided that perhaps he had make a common error of poor song choice. So after much deliberation from the judges, a re-do was issued with the same song as Laycie. He brought down the house!
Well, it's up to you to vote in your favorite. Who will it be?

Wow, what can i say, they are amazing. Kari votes for Laycie, Brent votes for Andersin, and Alexis, well she loved both performances equally, she danced right along. Good job guys!!!!
Andy votes for Laycie because her song choice was awesome, and Sherrie votes for Andersin because of his cute grin at the end...but we both think they are two cute kiddos! How fun!
Hum it is a hard decision so we let our own personal judges Acadia and Trey decide:
Trey: Laycie "because her is super fast'
Acadia: Andersin, "because he was so good at the second one."
Well there you have our count a tie right down the middle!
I'm on Team Laycie! Not only did she rock it out but she also didn't throw a fit when she didn't get to perform Andersin's song after he got the re-do for hers. WAY TO GO LAYCIE!!!!!
Man, this is going to take some deliberation amongst all Halle judges. There are a few that still need to review the tapes...stay tuned for our votes. PS Caetie, where was Idol when we were growing up...I totally would have won! (except on that "From a Distance song...)
That was great!! We normally dont watch american idol but Carter idol was definately worth our time!!

Sorry, but they were equally A-Mazing! I think they need to be the next American Idol Duo!
Masen, buddy, they're going to have to work hard next year to keep the top honors, 'cause I know you'll give them a run for their money.
