This morning as I was getting Laycie ready for the day I was explaining to her how since it was President's Day there was no preschool. Her eyes brightened and said, "Yeah! Let's go open presents then!" I said, "Why would you think we'd get presents?" Her reply? "Well, you said it's Presents Day."
That was an unfortunate bubble to burst.
