Another key component to the success of the reunion was the schedule of events. Each of the 4 days was planned out entirely. Everything from crafts to games, meals to clean-up, naps to bedtime, and activities to parties. There was a perfect mix of having fun things to do and not having the kids get restless and bored, but not feeling over-scheduled. Here are some shots of the fun crafts and activities we had going on. It would take too long to put captions under all of them, but then I realized some of these pics look weird without an explanation. So, the first set: My brother-in-law brought for their activity a game he found called Head Butt (which of course had a more appropriate name change for the reunion) and it was so fun! You catch the balls with your Velcro helmet--Laycie was really embarrassed to put it on :o)
The other pictures are of scavenger hunts, tie-dying, water games, a really fun pom-pom game (which Lance is trying to look intimidating to the other team in the pic), water balloon volleyball (with my dad and me just watching and laughing at everyone), pillowcase decorating, and a hot-potato water balloon game (which Laycie lost and got wet)
